Come experience Ballet with a twist! Shelby Williams, soloist with Royal Ballet of Flanders / Ballet Vlaanderen, will be sharing her unique approach to the form. Her class will explore the same intensity and rigor of your traditional ballet class, but will highlight humor and healthy ways to strive for perfection, while owning our fabulous flaws! 

After years of frustration with the extreme standards that Ballet asks of us, Shelby has created an alter ego named Biscuit Ballerina who aims to bring out the lighter side of Ballet, focusing on the joy of movement and of not taking yourself too seriously. The ending variation of class will inspire all of us to find our inner Biscuit Ballerina!
