Parking
We operate within a residential neighborhood and like to see our neighbors happy! We request that our clients park on Calumet St. If there are no spaces available on Calumet, we ask clients spread themselves among the neighborhood side streets, rather than parking exclusively on Crestview Rd. Biking and walking if you live in the neighborhood are also great ways to avoid congestion.
Building History
Our building has had many lives: at one time it was a Red & White (market), a Piggly Wiggly, and a Kroger’s. At one time there was a barber shop downstairs; and in the late 1920s the corner was a drugstore. (http://clintonvillehistory.com/crestview-foodtown/) More recently, it was an asian foods market and, finally, Clintonville Community Market. We are so honored to be entrusted with a building that has a history of building community. It is our intention to continue the tradition of serving our neighborhood and creating a business that has a positive impact on our community.
