Do I have to have dance experience to take class?

Nope! All of our classes, with the exception of Beginner/Intermediate & Intermediate/Advanced Ballet, are open to true novice dancers. Come as you are and learn in welcoming environment!

Is there a dress code?

No– just attire that you feel comfortable moving in! Ballet slippers are not required for ballet we do recommend socks. You do not need tap shoes to participate in Tap– especially if it’s your first time trying! For all other classes, feel free to wear socks, dance shoes, or come barefoot!

How to register for In-Person Classes?

WEB: To sign up, go to flux-flow.com/schedule and view our class offerings. Once you see one you like, make sure it says “*in-person” before clicking “Sign Up”. You’ll be directed to a pop-up screen that asks you to either Sign Up or Sign In to Mindbody, our scheduling and payment platform. If you’re a new student, you can create a Mindbody account that’s linked to our studio. From there, select either the “Drop-in” or “New Student Monthly” pass, add your card information, and purchase the class! You should receive a confirmation email shortly.

MOBILE: Download the Mindbody app to sign in or create an account. Search for “Flux Flow” under the “Business” tab. Click on our logo and view our class offerings & pricing options. What are your rates? How much do classes cost?

  • NEW STUDENT UNLIMITED: $49 for ONE MONTH**

  • SINGLE DROP IN: $18 / $14*

  • 10 CLASS PASS: $130 / $100*

  • MONTHLY UNLIMITED PASS***: $110 / $85*

How do I sign-up for a Monthly Unlimited Pass?

Visit flux-flow.com/schedule and scroll down to RATES, click on the MONTHLY UNLIMITED button and sign up using your Mindbody account! Or, follow this link!

Can I arrive late to Class?

You can arrive up to 10 minutes late to any class and continue to participate! The only exception is Ballet– if you arrive more than five minutes late, your participation will be at the discretion of the instructor.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel without a fee up to 24 hours before class. If there’s an emergency, email info@flux-flow.com.

I need to cancel my class reservation. How do I do it?

To cancel, either email info@flux-flow.com or visit the Mindbody app to view your class.

How do I cancel my Monthly Unlimited Pass or deactivate my account?

To cancel your pass or deactivate your account, email info@flux-flow.com with the subject “Cancel My Pass”, your name, and the email associated with your Mindbody account.
