This is a movement/dance masterclass where we’ll share notions of “body” technique using balletic language and going through the structure of a ballet class.

This class is rooted in the belief that nowadays there are several languages or styles in terms of movement (ballet, modern, jazz, contemporary, etc.), but there is only one body technique which consists in having a clear understanding of how to access movement. Focusing on understanding where the movement comes from versus looking for the final shape of a step is a clear shift that shows how connected we are with our body and how much we respect it.
