YOGA TO FREE YOUR VOICE with Abby Dorn / KIRTAN LIVE MUSIC with Bhakti Mamas

  • Flux + Flow 200 Crestview Road Columbus, OH, 43202 United States (map)

YOGA to FREE your VOICE : This workshop will invite you to release tension and judgement and explore your unique voice through the yoga practice. We will practice postures and breathing to open and relax the whole body, connect to the core, and release tension in the shoulders, neck, and face. The practice will end with some mantra chanting and meditation. No singing or yoga experience required!

After the Yoga snacks and beverages will be available while waiting for the Kirtan to start.

KIRTAN LIVE MUSIC with Bhakti Mamas : Yoga teachers Abby Dorn and Holly Moretti began singing sacred music as the Bhakti Mamas in 2009. Bhakti Yoga/Kirtan is a group practice of devotional/inspirational singing. The Bhakti Mamas lead a participatory blend of Mantra Meditation and more traditional spiritual selections that relax and uplift. Their style is Folk/New Age with a full instrumental sound and beautiful vocal harmonies.
